Why do you need my financial info?

We use this information to see if you qualify for a variety of assistance programs that are available for patients.  This information is kept confidential and is not shared with your employer.

What is considered a financial hardship?

There are no explicit guidelines.  Typical examples may be a change in benefits, a sick family member, supporting an elderly parent, multiple medications, or many other factors.  Share anything you feel may be appropriate.  

What if I am signing up my spouse or child?

Use your spouse or child’s name on the intake form, as it must match the name on the prescription.

How do I get the prescription from my doctor?

Some doctors will email them to you.  Others may send via fax or require you to pick it up.  Contact your Rx Support team at support@rx-protect.com.

How long does it take to get my medication?

This varies based on the type of assistance program.  We will communicate expected delivery dates to you as soon as possible.  It may be necessary to fill one more prescription via your local pharmacy in order to ensure coverage.
